Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the surface of a photoreceptor from being damaged by moving a separation pawl so that its tip may not be pressed at the same position on the surface of the photoreceptor without using a driving transmitting mechanism which causes the rise of the cost in an electrophotographic device in which the tip of the separation pawl is pressed on the surface of the photoreceptor so that the paper where transfer has been already performed is peeled from the surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A driving rotational force inducing mechanism B inducing the driving rotational force of a toner carrying device is constituted by providing a worm gear pat 25a on the rotary shaft 25 of the toner carrying device and meshing a worm wheel 26 with the worm gear part 25a, and a motion conversion mechanism C converting the induced driving rotational force into linearly reciprocating motion is constituted of the worm wheel 26 and a plate 35 by providing an eccentric cam part 26a on the worm wheel 26 and engaging the cam part 26a with the cam recessed part 35a of the plate 35. Then, the plate 35 is supported to be freely moved in the axial direction (a) together with the separation pawl 45 by a supporting shaft 40.
