To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having extremely highly durability in spite of using separating pawls, an electrophotographic image forming method, an electrophotographic image forming device and a process cartridge.
The electrophotographic image forming method, which comprises by using the photoreceptor formed by laminating a surface resin layer containing at least a photosensitive layer and siloxane resin and having a film thickness of ≥0.5 μm on a cylindrical conductive support and transferring the image formed by at least electrostatic charging, image exposing and developing stages onto a transfer body, then separating the transfer image from the photoreceptor is characterized in that the photoreceptor having the adhesiveness of the photosensitive layer or surface resin layer as the photoreceptor below 65% of the entire square shape area by the cross-cut tape method stipulated in JIS K 5400 is used, that the separating stage of the transfer body is executed by the separating pawls and that the separating pawls is so installed as to oscillated in the cylindrical axial direction of the photoreceptor.
