To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is little wear even in the case of adopting contact charging and of which charge voltage does not change even in repetitive use, therefore, can keep its potential constant without performing potential control, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus each having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
In the electrophotographic photoreceptor used in the electrophotographic apparatus which is provided with an electrophotographic photoreceptor and a charging member disposed in contact with the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and in which the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is charged by applying only DC voltage from the charging member, a photosensitive layer used in the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a polymer of a hole transport compound having two or more chain-polymerizable functional groups in the same molecule. The process cartridge and the electrophotographic apparatus each have the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
