Title:
ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002116568
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor more excellent in durability than a conventional one because it has an inorganic surface protecting layer less liable to cause cracking and peeling in a practical service environment and due to long-term storage and excellent in physical stability.

The electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by stacking an organic photosensitive layer and an inorganic surface protecting layer in this order on an electrically conductive substrate and at least the top part of the organic photosensitive layer brought into contact with the surface protecting layer contains a polymer having repeating units with an arylamine structure polymerized through carbonate bonds.
