To provide a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high accuracy and high image quality by shifting the position where a lancing part of one end is connected and the position where a lancing part of the other end is connected from each other to the vertical center of a support in the rotating direction.
Both end parts of a support 1 are lanced in the respective fitting recessed parts to be connected to one end 1A of the support 1 having a photosensitive layer and the other end 1B of the support 1 by one end 1A side lancing connecting part of the support 1 and the other end 1B side lancing connecting part 5 of the support 1. At this time, the position of one end 1A side lancing connecting part 4 of the support 1 and the position of the other end 1B lancing connecting part 5 of the support 1 are shifted from each other to the vertical center of the support in the rotating direction. It is desirable that the angle between the center position of one end 1A side lancing connecting part 4 of the support 1 and the center position of the other end 1B side lancing connecting part 5 of all supports is 5° or more.
