PURPOSE: To obtain the titled body having excellent charging characteristics, and less tendency for reducing a developing contrast by using an alkohol soluble resin contg. a specific oxazine compd. as a constituting component to an intermediate layer, thereby reducing darkdecay.
CONSTITUTION: The titled body comprises the alcohol soluble resin contg. the oxazine compd. shown by formula I or II as the constituting component in the intermediate layer. In formula I, R1 and R1'WR1''' are each hydrogen atom or alkyl group, R2 is hydrogen atom or amino group, R3 is hydrogen atom or alkyl group. In formula II, R4, R4'WR4''' are each hydrogen atom or alkyl, benzyl or N,N-dimethylaniline group, R5 is hydrogen atom or hydroxy group or -N(R4, R4') group which is not substd. Thus, as the titled body has less darkdecay, the titled body capable of obtaining less unrefined image and giving uniform image having high density and excellent reproducibility of a fine line is obtd.
