Abstract:
To increase a total floor area of a room without enlarging the room.
An elevating base device is provided inside the room 10. The elevating base device consists of at least two column members 11a, 11b fixed inside the room 10 and extending in the vertical direction, an elevating base 12 attached to the column members 11a, 11b so as to move vertically and having a smaller area than a floor area of the room 10, and a driving device moving the elevating base 12 vertically. By moving the elevating base 12 vertically, the floor area of the room 10 can be increased by the area of the elevating base 12.
