In addition, when the housing rack 12 starts the elevating motion, the rotating speed of the motor 14 is gradually accelerated, and the housing rack is prevented from suddenly starting movement. Therefore, an excessive vibration is not applied to the housing rack 12, and the content is prevented from being broken by being knocked down or the like in the housing rack 12. Thus, the stable vertical movement becomes possible.
