To provide an elevator control device for preventing excessive detection of violent behavior by using a camera image inside a car and a weighing detection value for an elevator for counting the number of passengers and changing violence detecting sensitivity (a threshold value) depending on the number of the passengers inside the car.
The elevator control device includes the elevator car 1, an inside-car camera 2 provided inside the car for photographing an image inside the car, an image analyzer 4 for analyzing the image photographed by the inside-car camera to detect the violent condition of passengers from the camera image, an elevator control part 5 for controlling the operation of the elevator, and a weighing device 3 for checking the number of the passengers from the load weight of the car. The image analyzer 4 can change the detecting sensitivity of the violent condition depending on the number of the passengers.
