CONSTITUTION: A plural number of story floor units 4, 5, 6 at least furnished with box shaped steel frame bodies 19, 20, 21, an entrance device 22 provided on side surfaces of the steel frame bodies 19, 20, 21, external wall materials 23, 24, 25 constituted by covering surfaces of the steel frame bodies 19, 20, 21 except for an entrance part formed by the entrance device 22 and fixing themselves on the steel frame bodies 19, 20, 21 and guide rails 26, 27, 28 laid in the steel frame bodies 19, 20, 21 are provided. Thereafter, an elevator shaft 2 is formed by independently fixing all of a plural number of the story floor units 4, 5, 6 on a concrete base frame 3 for the elevating route free to disconnect by way of installing the steel frame bodies 4, 5, 6 on each other by a fastening means.
