To provide an operational control device of an elevator capable of cooling a power semi-conductor element of a power conversion circuit to supply the driving current to a car driving motor with the suppressed temperature ripple, and with the suppressed power consumption.
In the operational control device of the elevator for repeating an operational period to drive a car driving motor and a stop period to stop the car driving motor after the operational period, an elevator control circuit to control the power conversion circuit and control the car driving motor based on the operation/stop signal adjusts the driving quantity of a cooling fan in the stop period so as to suppress the temperature ripple in the power semi-conductor element of the power conversion circuit. The driving quantity of the cooling fan is adjusted by changing the driving time or the driving speed.
