PURPOSE: To achieve the restoring work when a microcomputer board of a microcomputer controlled type elevator is failured in a simple and time-saving manner.
CONSTITUTION: A terminal device 3 is provided with a board diagnosis device 4, an alarms generating device 5a, and a storage device 5 where various data of the elevator control program or the like are stored. A write-in device 9 to display the customer name and the standards of the microcomputer where abnormalities are generated, and to write the data read out of an operation board 8 commanding the readout action of the storage device 5 and the storage device 5 in a new microcomputer board 10 is provided in a monitoring center 6. This arrangement allows the failured microcomputer to be reproduced by the monitoring center in a simple manner, and the failures of the elevator to be repaired and restored in a short time.
