To reduce the product price and miniaturize the total shape of a lecture table by simplifying the mechanism for correcting the looseness of the lecture table in moving upward/downward.

This elevator-type lecture table comprises a lower table body 1 whose rear side has an opening, the front and both sides being closed, an upper table body 2 whose rear side has an opening, the front and both sides being closed, having a top board 12 on the top surface, and capable of moving upward/downward outside the lower table body 1, and a drive device D for moving the upper table body 2 relatively to the lower table body 1. In the lecture table, pantograph units 20, 21 and 22 are used as the mechanism for correcting the looseness of the upper table body 1 in moving upward/downward. One pantograph unit is mounted on the header surface at the upper end on either side of the lower table body 1, and one pantograph unit is mounted on the header surface of the upper end in the front of the lower table body 1. The top board 12 of the upper table body 1 is supported from below by the three pantograph units 20, 21 and 22 on the front and both sides of the lower table body 1 in total.
