PURPOSE: To check generation of noises and lessen the power loss by configuring a boosted voltage rectifying circuit from saturation of transistors, and thereby lighting up a lamp simply with a low frequency.

CONSTITUTION: Two transistors are saturated using a normal frequency band with a service frequency of approx. 120Hz, and a boosted voltage rectifying circuit is formed, and a fluorescent lamp is lighted up. Therefore, no high frequency oscillation resulting from inverter is generated, which eliminates necessity for use of any metal case for prevention of noise leakage and also use of any large capacity output transformer, so that the fluorescent lamp can be lighted up easily and simply.
