Abstract:

To provide an emergency alarm for a wheelchair used by being equipped on the wheel chair for reporting an emergency situation when the wheelchair is tilted more than a prescribed angle and emitting alarm sound when it is needed.

This alarm incorporates an angle sensor for detecting the angle to more than a prescribed angel, and is equipped with a buzzer 1a for emergency for emitting emergency alarm sound at the time of being tilted more than the prescribed angle and an alarm lamp 1b for emergency, and is provided with a speaker 1c for alarming for arousing attention when it is needed by a user 3 of the wheelchair 2 and is equipped with a fixed switch 1d for alarming for operating the speaker 1c. Further, a remote cord insertion port 1g for alarming for a remote operation is provided, it can be used also by connecting a cable type remote control switch to the insertion port 1g, a power switch 1e and a power lamp 1f for power supply for controlling a built-in circuit provided with the functions are equipped and it is used by being locked to a part of the wheelchair.
