CONSTITUTION: According to a list stored into a computer in a centralized supervising device 1, the telephone call is placed to the solitary household. A controller 3 of the solitary household collects the turned on/off information of a light 51 and a television receiver 55 based on a current detectors 41 and 42, etc. The presence/absence of the change of current consumption in a constant period (for example several hours) is judged. When there is no change, the volunteer is called. Thus the controller 3 can automatically exchange the collection of everyday life information through communication equipment 2 with the nursing organization, and the solitary is not bothered.
