PURPOSE: To quickly and precisely cope with the emergency states of respective vaporization equipments when the plural vaporization equipments are simultaneously turned to the emergency states.
CONSTITUTION: In response to emergency trigger signals outputted by respective vaporization controllers 8A, 8B,..., an emergency time operation screen provided with information indicating the states of the vaporization equipments 1A, 1B,... controlled by the vaporization controllers 8A, 8B,... is outputted to an arbitrarily selected CRT monitor 7a by input from function keys 7g and 7h. Every time a confirmation key 7k provided on the function keys 7g and 7h is depressed, the emergency time operation screens relating to the vaporization equipments 1A, 1B,... are successively displayed in the order of receiving the emergency trigger signals.
