To provide a vehicle which can obtain a medical image of a patient during running and can transmit the image to a distant place while the patient is conveyed to treatment facilities.

A mobile medical scanner (12) and a remote radiation system (14) are included in an ambulance car or other vehicle (10) to diagnose the patient while he is conveyed to treatment facilities (47) such as an injury center. The system (14) obtains a medical image data (56) while the patient is conveyed by a vehicle (10) and transmits a medical image data (60) to a receiver (38) which is at a position apart from the vehicle (10). At a remote position, transmitted medical image data (66) are displayed so as to be distinguished by man and interpreted by a qualified doctor (68) and the doctor then transmits diagnostic information to a technician (70) inside the vehicle (10) and/or a physician in charge of treatment in treatment facilities (47).
