Title:
EMITTER GROUND TYPE TUNING AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04120905
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily constitute the tuning amplifier circuit even in a high frequency band exceeding several 100 MHz by connecting a delay element to the emitter of a transistor to open a reception terminal.

CONSTITUTION: One end of a delay terminal 10 is connected to the emitter of a transistor 12, and the other end is opened. In this case, the tuning amplifier circuit can be constituted since the impedance of this delay element becomes 0 ohm in a frequency in which the line length of the delay element 10 becomes λ/4. Thus, the emitter ground type tuning amplifier circuit, which can comparatively easily obtain a tuning characteristic even in the high frequency band exceeding several 100 MHz and can be miniaturized, can be obtained.
