Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a clad material part function as an electric connector terminal as well as to miniaturize it, by using a thin lead layer cladding metal plate for a part of a battery jar.
CONSTITUTION: Thin lead layers 1' and 2' formed with electroplating are solidly clad on thin brass plates 1 and 2, making the thin plate 1 serve as a positive electrode terminal block and the thin plate 2 as a negative electrode terminal block, respectively. With this constitution, thickness of a battery is reduced, thus its miniaturization can be done.
