PURPOSE: To make it possible to separate oil in a coolant gas efficiently, by separating the lower room of a frame to hold a fixing scroll and a rotary shaft into plural rooms so as to extend the length of a flow passage of the discharge gas.
CONSTITUTION: At the periphery of a frame table 11f to hold motors 3a and 3c, a microlearance is formed between an enclosed container 1'. Moreover, at a frame outer wall 11g, a partition wall member 11m is formed in a radial form to cut off the flow of a fluid between a flow-in passage 18b and a discharge pipe 19. Therefore, the flow passage of the discharge gas is separated to plural rooms, and the flowing length of the discharge gas from flowing-in at the flow-in passage 18b to flowing out through the discharge pipe 19 is extended, resulting in an improved oil separation effect.
