Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a slit plate securable to the side of a turning shaft with the limited number of part items by installing plural pieces of elastic claws, being bent and elastically contacted with an outer surface at the turning shaft side, projectingly in the inner edge of a center hole formed in a central part of the slip plate. CONSTITUTION:A center hole 23 is formed in the central part of a slit plate 21, and plural pieces of elastic claws are installed in the inner edge projectingly in tongue form. A diameter d2 of the center hole 23 is larger than an outer diameter d1 of a boss part 3a of a slit holding member 3 to be inserted into a tuning shaft, and it keeps the extent of concentric accuracy with the turning shaft. In addition, an interspace d3 of two claws 24 being opposed with each other is fairly smaller than an outer diameter d1 of the boss part 3a. Accordingly, if the center hole 23 is inset in the boss part 3a, each claw 24 is elastically bent along an outer surface of the boss part 3a and elastically contacted with the outer surface sosecurely, whereby an inner surface of the plate 21 comes into contact with an outer surface of a flange part 3b of the holding member 3. In this connection, the plate 21 may be constituted to be directly attached to the turning shaft, namely, not through the holding member 3. With this constitution, the plate 21 is simply and accurately securable to the turning shaft.
