Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021087389
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To prevent a main stem or branch from being damaged in the harvesting, and thereby safely perform the harvesting.SOLUTION: An end effector 1 is an end effector for harvesting crops which harvests by cutting a fruit stalk 93 from a harvesting object 91 fruited on a main stem 92 or branch. The end effector 1 includes: a base member 10 provided with a cutting blade 2 for cutting the fruit stalk; a flexible member 20 not bent by own weight and constituted of a member being bendable, flexible and long, and forming an annular passage part 3 extended from the base member and surrounding the cutting blade; and an expanding/shrinking mechanism 30 for expanding and shrinking the passage part by pushing the flexible member out of the base member and drawing it into the base member side. The expanding/shrinking mechanism draws the flexible member into the base member side and shrinks the passage part while passing the fruit stalk through the inside of the passage part, and thereby cuts the fruit stalk while holding it between the flexible member and the cutting blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
