Abstract:
To provide detailed observation images in PDD or PDT and to quickly switch between the PDD and the PDT.
An endoscope distal end hood 10 is provided with a main body 11 and a laser beam cut-off filter. A peripheral part 11a and a holding part 11b form the main body 11, and the holding part 11b holds the laser beam cut-off filter at a prescribed position. When the endoscope distal end hood 10 is mounted on an insertion tube, the laser beam cut-off filter covers an objective optical system. The PDD is performed by using an endoscope for fluorescent observation. When performing the PDT, it is mounted on the insertion tube of the endoscope for the fluorescent observation.
