To provide an endoscope distal end hood capable of stably holding the treatment implements of various diameters in a prescribed direction.
A treatment implement holding part 12 is provided with first and second elastic bodies 13a and 13b and a hard body 14. The first and second elastic bodies 13a and 13b are fixed to a tapered part inner surface while they are kept facing each other. Groove parts 15 facing each other are formed on the first and second elastic bodies 13a and 13b. The groove parts 15 are extended from a forcep port side to an opening on the distal end side. On the inner surface of the groove part 15, the hard body 14 is provided. The interval of the hard bodies 14 is made shorter than the outer diameter of the treatment implement estimated to be used.
