Abstract:
To provide an endoscope hood improving visibility of a user, and an endoscope to which the endoscope hood is fitted.SOLUTION: An endoscope hood includes at least a transparent cylindrical body part whose both ends open and a conductive film which is embedded in and integrated with the body part. The conductive film includes a transparent film and a transparent electrode pattern formed on the transparent film. The transparent electrode pattern includes a transparent electrode part, a transparent wiring part extending from the transparent electrode part, and a transparent terminal part formed at end parts of the transparent wiring part, and the transparent terminal part is exposed from the body part. The endoscope is provided with: an insertion part inserted in the body of a subject; the endoscope hood fitted to an end part of the insertion part; and at least one conductor wire whose one end is electrically connected to the transparent terminal part and whose other end is electrically connected to external equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
