Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to supply both the measuring light of a light source device and an ordinary illuminating light by single connection of connectors in an endoscope by incorporating the connectors of the measuring light-projecting system with the connectors of the illuminating optical system.
CONSTITUTION: An integrating connector 11 attached to the end of the universal cable 9 of an electronic scope 2 is detachably connected to a light source and treating device 5. A light guide 16 and an image guide 17 are inserted into the universal cable, and a guide connector 16a and an image guide connector 17a at the ends are incorporatedly fixed to the integrating connector.
