An endoscopic device includes: a head for photographing; a flexible coupling 90 formed of fiber optics; and a body 10, wherein the flexible coupling is used to transmit image data and control signals, the objective lens arranged in the head can be adjusted for its rotation position and its focal distance according to a user's need. The flexible coupling outputs the photographed image data to be viewed by a user, then converts the image data into an image file to be transmitted to an external information device for analysis in order to increase the reference value of the photographed image. Furthermore, the flexible coupling can be wound and stored in the body by a winding system and be portable and usable for the user together with an attachment component installed on the body.
