Abstract:

To provide an energy-ray-curable composition which gives a cured coating film excellent in hardness, smoothness, thermal yellowing resistance, etc., and is useful for powder coating.

This composition comprises (A) a compound having at least two maleimide groups and (B) an ethylenically unsaturated compound copolymerizable with maleimide groups, is prepared by melt blending compound A with compound B, and has a softening point (by the ring and ball method) of 60-130°C.
