Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop new energy-saving service business by clarifying a concrete means for charging an energy-saving rate to a borrower of a motor controller.
SOLUTION: The motor controller 100 is constructed of a converter 2, an inverter 3, a frequency control part 5, a communication device 6, a motor electric power amount measurement device 11, and a motor using time measurement device 12. A motor electric power consumption measured by means of the electric power amount measurement device 11 and a motor using time measured by means of the motor using time measurement device 12 are integrated so as to be stored in a memory part of the motor controller 100, and integration is carried out at a previously set time for storage. The electric power consumption and the using time are transmitted to an external communication device 16 by means of the communication device 5 and stored in a memory part in an external data system. On the basis of the stored data, a charging rate within a predetermined term can be computed for charging it to the borrower of the motor controller 100.
