PURPOSE: To take out the air with high temperature and high pressure as required, and to supply its energy after converting it into electric power through mechanical and electrical means, whereas such electric power, as redundant electric power, has been skillfully stored after converted through mechanical and electrical means into energy of the air with high temperature and high pressure.
CONSTITUTION: Those devices are provided, such as a dynamoter 9 which is driven by redundant power, a compressor 30 which is driven by this dynamoter 9 to suck in air. compress it into the air with high temperature and high pressure, and deliver it, and an air storage tank 40 which stores the air with high temperature and high pressure coming from the compressor 30. When electric power is necessary, a turbine 35 is driven by the air with high temperature and high pressure which has been taken out from the air storage tank 40, and electric power is generated by the dynamotor 9 connected to the turbine 35. The number of revolution in the turbine system is detected by a speed sensor 51, a flow regulator 50 is regulated on the basis of electric signals which have been given out in response thereto, and the number of revolution of the turbine 35 is controlled to be a determined value.
