This entry and leaving management device is provided with a controller having an individual information file for certification for making a record number for distinguishing effective story floor information in which service story floor where an elevator car stops is set correspond per individual information and an effective story floor setting information in which time zone when the elevator car stops at each story floor is set per record number and an individual distinguishing device for certifying an individual by checking inputted individual information against the individual information file for certification. The controller reads the results of individual certification from the individual distinguishing device, picks out the effective story floor information corresponding to individual information in which individual certification is performed from the effective story floor setting information file, and outputs a service story floor where the elevator car is stopped to an elevator control panel based on the picked out effective story floor information.
