Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment cleaning agent which can efficiently perform adsorption and decomposition of and is configured not to easily become saturated with environmental load substances such as dioxin and the like, and which thereby continually performs environment cleaning.SOLUTION: Provided is an environment cleaning agent comprising nanofibers such as cellulose nanofibers, chitin nanofibers or chitosan nanofibers and the like impregnated with filamentous fungi which are used in production of food products. The nanofibers are chitin nanofibers or chitosan nanofibers 1 fibrillated and opened by a high-pressure injection treatment 4.
