Abstract:
To provide a sheet-like adhesive which maintains sufficient adhesive strength in an atmosphere of a high temperature and a high moisture, has a good temporary adhesiveness while being processed and a good storage stability.
This epoxy resin composition contains (a) an epoxy resin obtained by modifying an epoxy resin of a bifunctional glycidyl ether type having an epoxy equivalent of 300-3,000 eq/g with a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer having carboxy groups on both ends, (b) a curing agent and (c) a crosslinked rubber having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or below.
