PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin composition capable of forming minute unevenness on the surface only through heat-curing by adding a rubber component to a phenol-based curing agent, as a multifunctional epoxy resin, containing a triazine structure. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in a molecule (e.g. bisphenol A-based epoxy resin, etc.), (B) a phenol resin (e.g. a resin of the formula, etc.), composed of a mixture or a condensation product among phenols, compounds having a triazine ring and aldehydes without virtually containing unreacted aldehydes and methylol groups in the mixture or in the condensation product, (C) a rubber component (e.g. polybutadiene rubber, etc.), and (D) a curing accelerator (e.g. imidazole, etc.). The composition can form minute unevenness having the maximum height (Ry) of ≥1.0 μm on the surface of the composition through heat- curing at ≥80°C.
