Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility equipment control unit that improves the energy saving performance of facility equipment when the operation of facility equipment is automatically controlled by detecting a human with a sensor.SOLUTION: The unit comprises: a detection information receiving part for receiving detection information including user identification information for identifying a user and detection device identification information for identifying a detection device that detects the user; a facility equipment management part for determining the start of the operation of facility equipment corresponding to the detection device when the time elapsed since the detection device detected the user reaches the operation start time defined according to each user and each detection device; a control information transmission part for transmitting a command to start operation to the facility equipment on the basis of the determination of the start of the operation of the facility equipment by the facility equipment management part; and an operation time management part for changing the time to start operation on the basis of the staying time of the user in the detection area of the detection device.
