Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain inspecting equipment of a clink of an ingot which facilitates improvement of a working efficiency of inspection and improvement of the precision of the inspection.
CONSTITUTION: When a clink exists in an ingot 1, a penetrant stuck by a penetrant sticking mechanism 20 penetrates the inside of the clink from the surface of the ingot 1. Then, the penetrant on the surface of the ingot 1 is wiped off by a penetrant removing mechanism 30. When a developer is stuck by a developer sticking mechanism 40 subsequently, the penetrant remaining inside the clink reacts with the developer. By checking up whether this reaction occurs or not, accordingly, an inspector can make a judgement as to whether the clink exists or not.
