Abstract:
To accomplish a facility management assisting system capable of assisting the review of at least one of an inspection timing or a replacement timing of the structural element that forms a facility.SOLUTION: A facility management assisting system 1 includes: an abnormal sign determining unit 3; and an image creating unit 5. The image creating unit 5 creates a facility management assisting image that includes: a first image which includes an image representing, in a tree hierarchical structure, a relationship between a structural element and a plurality of abnormal sign events with the abnormal sign event and the structural element determined as occurring by the abnormal sign determining unit 3 being emphasized; and a second image which includes an image associated with the image included in the first image and representing the structural element, and indicating at least one of the inspection timing or the replacement timing of the structural element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
