PURPOSE: To provide an equipment unit considered to enable a switchboard to be simply mounted without exposing it.

CONSTITUTION: Equipment units are laid out such that a porch, receiving box 30 in porch and a cooking range part of a kitchen apparatus are sequentially disposed along the outer wall part facing the outdoor space and a refrigerator installing space is provided at the side of a sink part side end of the kitchen apparatus. The receiving box 30 is provided with a switchboard receiving part 34A for receiving the switchboard 33. The switchboard 33 is formed in the depth with a wiring receiving part and provided around the switchboard 33 with a operational space for access to the wiring receiving part. The operational space is enclosed by a removable enclosing plate 37, so that since the switchboard can be mounted on the wall without being exposed, the switchboard is easily mounted with minimizing the damage of the wall.
