Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equivalent circuit capable of obtaining characteristics similar to ones of a laminated type capacitor of an actual product.SOLUTION: An equivalent circuit 1 includes: first circuit parts 5a to 5d indicating an internal electrode of a laminated type capacitor; and second circuit parts 7a to 7f indicating electrostatic capacity of the laminated type capacitor. Three or more of the first circuit parts 5a to 5d are provided, and at least two or more of them have inductance components L1 to L4. The second circuit parts 7a to 7d are connected between one first circuit part and the other circuit part, and mutual inductance is set between inductance components L1 to L4 of the first circuit parts 5a to 5d.
