When the occurrence of an error is judged accompanied with an inputting operation, the error flag '1' of an error content equivalent to the kind of an error in an error management data file is set, error data in an error level NO '1' are prepared, and error announcement is operated. Afterwards, when the same error repeatedly occurs, the error level NO is updated according to the number of times of error repetition, different error data are prepared, and error announcement is operated. Thus, when the same kind of error is repeated several times, the proper error announcement can be operated according to the level.
