The manufacturing method and the manufacturing apparatus for the hollow fiber membrane has a process of performing stretching between driving rollers, wherein tension of the hollow fiber membrane during a manufacturing process of the hollow fiber membrane is measured, the performance of the obtained hollow fiber membrane is evaluated based on the measurement result, and the stretch ratio is controlled based on the evaluation result.
