Abstract:
To search a new marker for evaluating a skin type such as aging and to evaluate the skin type in a molecular level.
Expression of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of E-cadherin gene, T-cadherin (H-cadherin) gene, Poliovirus receptor gene, Integrin beta-1 gene, Laminin alpha 3 gene, Jagged 1 gene, Delta-like 1 gene and Keratin 10 gene in an organism-derived sample collected from a subject is measured and the degree of skin ageing of the subject is evaluated on the basis of the gene expression level of a measurement object.
