Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive excavating bit having excellent wear resistance at a part near the tip, having tenacity at the base end and manufactured through a relatively simple process.

The excavating bit is provided with an excavating part at the tip of the bit, inserted inside while being rotated around a rotation axis to excavate an excavation object, and fixed into the excavation object together with an anchor bolt provided on the base end side. The excavating part is provided with wear resistant grains m formed of a cemented carbide material, at a high rate, and the wear resistant grains are inserted in a base material M forming a bit body.
