Abstract:
To easily and properly treat the excess length portion of an optical fiber cable core under the application of simple constitution.
This device covers a tray part 11a as the first tray part and a tray part 11b as the second tray part, and the excess length portion of an optical fiber cable core 20 can be wound around the engagement pieces 14 of the parts 11a and 11b like an 8-shape. As a result, the excess length portion of the core 20 can be wound under the restraint of the occurrence of slippage or the like. Furthermore, an excess length treatment tray 10 as a treatment tray is folded double and the storage space thereof is reduced, thereby improving the storage efficiency of a storage box for housing the excess length treatment tray 10.
