PURPOSE: To utilize frequency and to scale down a portable wireless equipment by installing a portable telephone radio station connected to a wire communications exchange network at any place and carrying out an access and a call in a large zone and a small one, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: In case of accessing a called party, it is carried out in the large zone because a radio call transmission station transmits a signal. When a radio circuit is set between a portable telephone set 9 and the portable telephone radio station 10, the stting is executed in the small zone since the portable telephone wireless station 10 is installed at any place. After a party is checked to be informed and called, the called party is connected to a calling party. When the called party is not present, an incoming call is informed to access the called party, which is connected to the calling party.
