To provide an excretion treatment apparatus which removes odors during a process of treating excretion.

The excretion treatment apparatus includes a waste material tank 21 connected to a diaper cup 1 attached to a body by enclosing excretion organs including a pubic region and an anus for sucking and accumulating the excretion in the diaper cup 1 and a vacuum suction means 28 with the function of generating a negative pressure to suck the excretory substances from the diaper cup 1 into the waste material tank 21. The treatment apparatus has an odor removing device 28 for removing the odors from air to be sucked between the waste material tank 21 and the vacuum suction means 22. A bamboo charcoal member 28a which shows an excellent adsorption power as an odor removing material is used for the odor removing device 28. Consequently, the odors are removed from the air in the process of being sucked from the waste material tank 21 by the vacuum suction means 22, and the inside of the user's room is made into a comfortable space free from the odors.
