The PC steel material 34 and the self-drilling rock bolt 10 are integrally formed as an integral anchor body under solidification of grouts 14, 14 in the bolt inside. Tensile strength of the PC steel material 34 inserted in the bolt inside 10b is reflected as the tensile strength of the anchor body as it is. Thus, both the excellent execution of the self-drilling rock bolt 1 and the high tensile strength of the PC steel material 34 can be secured in the anchor body.
