Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in denitration performance, the reduction occurring when a part of a plurality of catalyst modules is used for denitration.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas denitration device 4 comprises: a catalyst reaction tower 43 into which an exhaust gas inflows and which houses a plurality of catalyst modules 439; and an exhaust gas heater 41 disposed upstream from the catalyst reaction tower 43 in a flow direction of the exhaust gas. In the exhaust gas denitration device 4, a first denitration state in which the exhaust gas denitration is performed using the plurality of catalyst modules 439 in the catalyst reaction tower 43 can be switched to a second denitration state in which the exhaust gas denitration is performed using the catalyst modules 439 less than that in the first denitration state while raising the temperature of the exhaust gas inflows into the catalyst reaction tower 43 higher than that in the first denitration state using the exhaust gas heater 41. As such a manner, by raising the temperature of the exhaust gas inflowing into the catalyst reaction tower 43, it is achieved to suppress the deterioration of the denitration performance when a part of the plurality of catalyst modules 439 is used for denitration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
