Abstract:
To provide an exhaust heater capable of securing a stable holding electrically insulated in a heating conductor unit in a support body unit, and provide a method of manufacturing such an exhaust heater.SOLUTION: A heating conductor unit 18 is supported by a support body unit 24 and comprises at least one of heat conduction heating conductors 14, 14' and 16, and a coupling unit 31 rigidly couples the heating conductor unit 18 to the support body unit 24. The heating conductor unit 18 includes the coupling unit 31 electrically insulated to the support body unit 24 via the coupling unit 31 and supported. The coupling unit 31 contains a plurality of coupling members 32. The heating conductor unit 18 is electrically insulated to at least one coupling member 32 via an insulation support unit 44, and is supported in the at least one coupling member 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
